Natural Variation

Each piece is made to order, hand-carved in natural stone. Marble is drawn from the earth, not a production line. Veining, tone, and character will vary gently from piece to piece — this is the beauty of the material, not a flaw.

Returns

Because stone carries the natural variation only marble can offer, and each piece is made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We hope you'll feel the thought behind every commission.

Transit Damage

If your piece arrives with damage, please don't worry — simply photograph the affected area and reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We'll take care of a full refund and arrange collection at no cost to you.

The Process

1. A 50% deposit begins your commission. You'll receive a confirmation by email, and we will start the stone selection and production, which takes 1~2 weeks.
2. Once your piece is ready, we'll let you know and kindly ask for the remaining balance before shipping, which takes around 3 weeks.

Please note the deposit becomes non-refundable once production has begun.
