L'Avenue Atelier is a house at its beginning — a marble atelier making furniture and objects cut from stone and finished by hand, for people who care how things are made. We are small, new, and deliberate, and almost everything ahead of us is still to be built.

1. The house

We make marble furniture and objects, each piece cut from natural stone and finished by hand. We are early — small and deliberate — and most of what the house will become is still ahead of us. We would rather grow slowly and well than quickly.

2. The role

We are looking for the first person to stand at the front of the brand — to shape its voice, tend its image, and carry how L'Avenue speaks to the world. This is not a role at a company that already exists; it is a role in one being formed. You would help decide what our world looks and sounds like — the language, the images, the rhythm of how we appear. Few people get to draw those lines from the first page.

3. Who we want

• Hold our voice across social and editorial with a quiet, considered hand.
• Communicate on behalf of the house — in writing and in person — with care for every word.
• Own the day-to-day of our presence, from planning through to publishing.
• Protect the brand's standard in everything that carries its name.

4. Who you are

• Fluent in image and in language — able to make a single photograph and a single line do a great deal.
• A responsible, precise communicator who takes care of what is handed to them.
• Drawn to luxury as discipline rather than decoration.
• Steady inside the ambiguity of building something early.
